Refund and Cancellation Policy
At the European Safety Council, we strive to provide the highest quality training and consultancy services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our courses and services.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 7 days of enrollment will be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.
- Cancellations made after 7 days but before course commencement will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Once the course has started, no cancellations or refunds will be granted.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our official email.
Refund Policy
- If a course is canceled by the European Safety Council, a full refund will be provided to enrolled students.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 working days.
- Any fees associated with third-party payment processors may be deducted from the refund amount.
Transfer of Enrollment
- If a student is unable to attend a course, they may request to transfer their enrollment to a future session at no additional cost (subject to availability).
- Requests for transfers must be made at least 5 days before the course start date.
Exceptional Circumstances
- In case of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Supporting documentation may be required for approval.
